You’ve got to work your bodies through: Flexibility Full range of motion for all joints Neuromuscular reaction time and its engagement of all muscle fiber Balance -- Reaction -- Power
This can make you into a machine. This is about your body producing force and power, not about how much weight you can bench or squat.
This type of training can be intense; it is different and will seem awkward to some people. Athletic training is for the Trecker, Skier, Track and Fielder, Football – Baseball - Soccer – Racketball players and so on. If you take on highly active body engaging recreation on a regular basis, this package is for you.
