It is difficult to live a lifestyle of such high self-standards. In this sport we all get a little reckless from time to time and hurt ourselves, which forces us to have setbacks. Plus, each year life brings obstacles that can detract from our gym time. However, the love of the sport and that empowering feeling is never lost. I love to push the limits! Together we can design a program to map out the building blocks to your desired goals. Are you interested in getting ready for a competition? Would you like to add some new flavor, new energy, and some new routines to your workout? Are there aches and pains from which you've never quite found relief? With an open mind you may learn something that makes the difference in your overall performance. The following Training Phase Packages are pre-formatted as a base price. Sessions can be added at an additional cost. If you are training for a specific event or upcoming sport, sessions will have to be added to the packages gradually toward the date of the event. 75% of your physical and mental improvements will be directly related to your lifestyle commitments to food (your diet). Your physical activity and diet must complement one another to achieve energy, mental health, and physical well-being on all levels.
