Pineapple-Blueberry Smoothie
Include a Vanilla Protein Powder of your choice. Add this powder's caloric #’s to the following:
1 cup blueberry yogurt 1/3 cup pineapple juice 3 /4 cup blueberries 1 tsp. Sugar Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serves 2
