   Individual Sessions

 

In order to provide you with the best training experience, I need to learn as much as I can about you. I take information on your past and present health history (including any current personal doctor advice). I then take your physical strength and endurance tested assessments (that I will perform), your likes, and your goals and spend some time in my own office charting a plan. Each program will include planned weekly and monthly charts and daily plans with visual reference material and personal progress logs to follow and keep notes in. 

This is why I have formatted the Phase Training Packages and 10 Session Package listed under the other Program Design listings.

In the Phase Training we also look at your foods, learn about how the body uses those foods, and we have meetings at the grocery store to find alternative ideas to apply to your daily diet. The 10 Session Package does not include food knowledge.

75% of your physical and mental improvements will be directly related to your lifestyle commitments to food (your diet). Your physical activity and diet must complement one another to achieve energy, mental health, and physical well-being on all levels.

 

I will work with you before you commit to a Phase Training Package by doing 2 workouts on a gym floor. The first day we will work your routine on upper body exercises and the second day on lower body exercise. I will push you through your workout and at the same time discuss some of the different directions Fitness Synergy will take you.
