Weight Loss Partner Needed, Female or Male in the beginning stages of their own weight loss program.
I am a middle age woman, I have recently had my second child and I need to lose my baby fat. I am working into training and would love to have a partner or partners to meet up with 1 to 4 days a week. I have not been active for a long time and I need a person or persons that I can meet with to help me stay focused on my workouts and getting the results I need.
I am an enthusiastic person, wife and house mother of 2, I am available to workout Monday through Saturday 9am to 3pm m-f and early mornings on Saturday. Other activities I enjoy are/or would like to get into; speed walking, cycling, yoga, summer hiking and cross country skiing. I also welcome possible family group activities like swimming, group distance bike riding and skiing.
