Yogurt Granola Parfait

8 oz. Low-carb vanilla yogurt

1/ 2 cup sliced strawberries

1/ 2 cup blackberries or blueberries

1/ 4 cup low-fat granola

 

In a parfait dish or glass, layer fruit, yogurt, and granola. Add another 1-2 layers of yogurt and remaining fruit. Serve immediately.
