Training young people can be refreshing. When a young person wants to get fit, they listen and follow directions well. However, if they do not want to be there, it can be a waste of time for everyone involved. Training Package Phase 1 Session #1 Ages 14 to 18 will go through an initial health and physical ability assessment and tests. Parent and Trainee must tell me what their goals are. I will put together a written progressive program based on this meeting. Session #2 At our second meeting we will meet at a grocery store and I will provide a written program and explain what I expect. This meeting will include a brief education about foods. The Trainee and I will then have 4 training sessions over a two-week period. Youth Phase 1 Training Package is $480.00 This includes the 6 sessions along with a workout reference and logbook with photograph reference sheets for exercises. Package prices are based on total hours involved and materials supplied. Note: All sessions will be (audio) recorded and some demonstration photos may be taken. Copies of this documentation will be provided to the parent if requested.
Training Package Phase 2 This phase consists of 1 review session with physical ability tests, food discussion, and ultimate goal clarification. Progress notes will be compiled at this time and a new written progressive program will be designed and presented at the next session. The Trainee and I will then have 5 training session over a 2 or 3 week period. We will add to the trainee's original workout log and I will include take-home short educational assignments at the end of each session. I will verbally quiz the trainee about the material during the following session. Youth Phase 2 Training Package is $480.00 This includes the 6 sessions above and additions to the workout reference and logbook with photograph reference sheets for exercises. Educational materials to further the long-term fundamentals will be included in the program. Package prices are based on total hours involved and materials supplied. Note: All sessions will be (audio) recorded and some demonstration photos may be taken. Copies of this documentation will be provided to the parent if requested.
Youth Training Phase 3 will be formatted the same as Phase 2. Starting at Phase 3 you can add up to 4 more sessions to the three-week time span equaling 3 sessions a week. Additional sessions are $45.00 a session.
